City Memories (“the app”) is provided by CLOUDDREAM TECHNOLOGIES INC.. The app requires no account, contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and we operate no server that receives your data.
Effective date: October 17, 2026Drafts, print settings, previews, and high-resolution PNGs are stored in the app’s local storage. High-resolution export credits and unlocked prints are stored in the device Keychain and are never sent to us. Language and location preferences are stored on your device.
Delete prints and drafts in Settings → Delete all local prints; deleting the app removes the rest. Images already saved to Photos are not affected.
To provide maps and search, the app sends requests directly to the services below. Like any web request, they receive your IP address and handle data under their own privacy policies.
Please do not enter private or confidential information in search.
Location (while using the app) is used only to find your city. You can decline, or turn off automatic location in Settings, and search manually.
Photos (add only) is used only to save your prints. The app does not read your photo library.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. The app receives only Apple-verified transaction information to grant export credits or a permanent unlock on your device, and never sees your payment details.
Only when you choose “Back up prints to iCloud Drive” does the app save a backup file, through the system file window, to the location you pick. Your iCloud account stores it; it does not pass through us.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
